DeciCalc
main window has a simple, user-friendly interface. Picture 1 shows main window
appearance. Each control element is marked for easier reference in the text.

- Text area is designed to enter data into
the calculator. It allows performing simple calculating tasks in just a
few touches on the keyboard. For example, to calculate 5+6*9 You
just type in 5+6*9 and press "DO" button or Enter key.

- Virtual Keyboard is available
by pressing the corresponding menu item. Virtual Keyboard can be used to
enter data into the text area. Virtual Keyboard contains all available
command. More information can be found in section Virtual
Keyboard
- Functions List Mode
checkbox is used to activate Functions List Mode. This mode is used to
create a list of functions to be graphed. For more information on
Functions List Mode click here.
- Sketch checkbox opens a small graphing
window where graphing of functions can be performed. This mode is helpful
when it is needed to make a quick graphing task, without entering the
Functions List Mode. For more information please click here
- Memory Control buttons are used to store
and access data in calculator memory. Data from DeciCalc memory may be
used anywhere in the program, including settings windows!

- M+ button is used to add date into memory. Just
select data to be added and press M+ button. After pressing M+ button a
small pop-up window will appear proposing variable name assignation. If
no name for a particular variable is needed just hit Cancel
button.
- LMI (Last Memory Item) button accesses the
last added item.
- MM (Memory Manager) opens the Memory
Manager window that allows you to access any stored item, as well as
delete items.
- Radian and Degree radio buttons change
calculator settings into corresponding angle measurements mode
